Our Products
Ginger Linen Limited offer pillowcases in two different styles & fabrics, in two different sizes and colours.

The pillowcases are designed to fit a moulded pillow such as a Tempur Original or a Tempur Original Queen, or a moulded pillow with similar dimensions and shape.

Returning or cancelling your order
In the unlikely event an item is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement, or if you prefer, a full refund.  Please read our Return and Exchange policy.

Out of stock items
We try to keep all items in stock at all times.  Sometimes there may be occasions when this is not the case.                                 

If the item you want is out of stock we will let you know by email as soon as we receive your order.                                 

 We will offer you an alternative as well as the expected delivery date of the out of stock item, or on a multiple order, if some items you wish to purchase are not available immediately, we will be happy to send those we have in stock immediately to you and then send the rest, at no extra charge to you, as soon as they become available.

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Please take extra care to read our Care Symbol guide as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or if it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

To Return Goods
Pack the items back in the original packaging, attach the invoice and send it back to our: Customer Services Team, Ginger Linen Limited, PO Box 282, Chertsey, Surrey KT16 6BY .

Important - When exchanging items:

Once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched, this is the point that a Contract exists between The Customer (you) and Ginger Linen Limited. Should you wish to cancel items purchased from us, we will be happy to give you a full refund, as long as the items are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition. 

Payment methods

You may pay by which ever method is most convenient to you.  We accept on line payments in a secure environment by all major credit cards.  We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Switch in pounds sterling (£).             

You may pay with a cheque or postal order (payable to Ginger Linen Limited) if this is more convenient. We shall despatch your items as soon as the cheque has been received and cleared.  We shall email you when the items are despatched.

Security

You can be assured that at Ginger Linen Limited security is top on our priorities list for our customers. Given this, we safeguard your credit card details and other personal information. No credit card details are stored on the website, or any of our servers, once payment has been processed.

Taxes and Import Duty

All overseas deliveries outside of the UK and EC may be subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Ginger Linen Limited cannot be held liable for any local import duties, taxes or clearance delays.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to make sure the description of our products is accurate.  Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any colour variation that may occur due to the interpretation of your computer software.

Ginger Linen Limited does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death of personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its member agents, director or employee or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Ginger Linen Limited nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty of common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Ginger Linen Limited or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of savings,) costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

Ginger Linen Limited does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Ginger Linen Limited uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Ginger Linen Limited will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
